Everything was explained well and while we were given options, we didn't feel the hard sell tactics that you often get at dealerships. We appreciated this. We came from out of town and were hit with 800 dollars of garbage fees....security and battery charges. We should have known about these ahead of time but nonetheless these charges were applied.
