Waiting room was clean with comfy chairs & many charging stations. Only downside was one needs to bring own charging cord-maybe that could be mentioned, when appt is made. Plenty of vending machines, with snacks & drinks. Lovely cafe upstairs; that makes food cooked to order. Playroom for kids. If one has to do car repair/maintenance; Toyota Nashua makes it relatively pain free. More
