Extremely frustrated with this dealership, got a Ford F150 from them. The day that I bought it, the vehicle went straight to service because there was a nail in the tire not a big deal. Less than one wee F150 from them. The day that I bought it, the vehicle went straight to service because there was a nail in the tire not a big deal. Less than one week after having it needed to come back to service I got the vehicle back and it is now back into service for rear end problems. I’ve had this truck for less than a month and it’s been service longer than I have had it. These issues should have been fixed prior to selling this vehicle. You guys need to do the right thing I need to take this vehicle back or get me in a different truck. This is unacceptable from a dealership/company. Nor is it fair I get stuck with a truck with a bunch of issues. More

Bad to horrible experiences with service. I should have never given them as many chances. Zero accountability from the service writer, the service Manager or the owner/GM Pat Hickey. More than 2 months later there has been zero attempt to correct their mistakes other than surface level apologies and a promise to look into it...2 months later still no resolution. More

Once the sale was completed I couldn’t get anyone to answer questions, provide proof of certified used car, certified warranty and manufacturer warranty remaining. Also charged for LoJack, Zaktek, and answer questions, provide proof of certified used car, certified warranty and manufacturer warranty remaining. Also charged for LoJack, Zaktek, and unknown service contract. Still no one will provide explanation. I think I’ve spoken with a minimum of 6 managers. More
