Beware of this place they have done underhanded deals with the extended service plans, if I could go back in time I would have never gone here. I have talked to so many others who have had issues there as well. The biggest issue is when their finance person tried to hit my credit report every 30 seconds about a dozen times. Im glad I locked it before he could do that or my credit rating would be in the toilet. should be illegal. More

Extremely frustrated with this dealership, got a Ford F150 from them. The day that I bought it, the vehicle went straight to service because there was a nail in the tire not a big deal. Less than one week after having it needed to come back to service I got the vehicle back and it is now back into service for rear end problems. I’ve had this truck for less than a month and it’s been service longer than I have had it. These issues should have been fixed prior to selling this vehicle. You guys need to do the right thing I need to take this vehicle back or get me in a different truck. This is unacceptable from a dealership/company. Nor is it fair I get stuck with a truck with a bunch of issues. More

Once the sale was completed I couldn’t get anyone to answer questions, provide proof of certified used car, certified warranty and manufacturer warranty remaining. Also charged for LoJack, Zaktek, and answer questions, provide proof of certified used car, certified warranty and manufacturer warranty remaining. Also charged for LoJack, Zaktek, and unknown service contract. Still no one will provide explanation. I think I’ve spoken with a minimum of 6 managers. More
