Perseverance paid off. My salesperson, Pam Koglman, was outstanding -- very personable, informative, professional & thorough in her knowledge of the 2017 Escape that I purch My salesperson, Pam Koglman, was outstanding -- very personable, informative, professional & thorough in her knowledge of the 2017 Escape that I purchased recently. She took the time to explain all the 'bells & whistles' on my new car and completely went over ALL the details -- no matter that it was past her 'normal' quitting time. She wanted to be sure that I understood everything & told me to call her or stop in if I needed any help/questions answered.
