Was thinking of upgrading to a fusion......ended up going with a 2014focus titanium...what a difference. The car is loaded and with the bigger tires it rides like a dream. Very very happy with the new car. All of my past experiences with the service dept. have been nothing but great. Very fast and they go out of there way to please. The salesperson I worked was Pam Hammersmith. and she was awesome to do business with. She had great follow up on my questions and found me the vehicle I was looking for. The evening I picked up my new truck, I dealt with the Customer Relations Manager, Bob Wojtan, to go over warranty info and he was very accommodating to be sure I had answers to all my questions. I had researched the type of car I wanted and new exactly what I was looking for when I went in. Pam Hammersmith went out of her way to make sure she found exactly what I wanted as quickly as possible. I purchase my cars on the A plan but this was the first year since my husband died that I used the plan and everyone went over and above to help me connect to the correct site to obtain my pin number. When I picked up my new car Pam spent time with me to make sure I understood completely how to operate all the new functions and that I had all appliances connected. John Krajnovich the General Manager was great he explained everything to me related to financing to make sure I understood everything. Robert Wojtan explained all service options to me and made sure I knew when to return for appointments. I would recommend Fair Oaks for all you automotive needs. More

Got to say I was very please with the whole service I have received so far. I wasn't exactly sure if I wanted to buy or lease a Escape. I did know it needed to have a moon roof and not be red. Pam Hammersmith knew all the right questions to ask on the things I was looking for. She then gave me several options to look at. This truly helped me decide what was the best route for me to go. I ended up with a lease of a Escape titanium. Got to say I love the moon roof and the whole car experience. The my sync services are pretty easy to get use to. Pam went over all the details of the car before I left the dealership. She even sync my phone to get me started. I also found Robert Wojtan to be very helpful as well. What I like mostly was the down to earth approach of taking the time to explain the extra care package that would help maintain that showman finish paint exterior and the interior care of the car throughout my lease. I would totally recommend this dealership and their professional staff. More
