I can’t say enough good things about this service department! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to take care of me and my truck. The communication was excellent – I was kept informed every step of the way, and they made sure nothing was overlooked. They not only handled the issues I came in for but also inspected for anything that might cause trouble down the road and took care of worn items before they became a problem. The service manager,Pat, was absolutely amazing – knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely focused on making sure that the truck I left with would be reliable and dependable. And Becky at the counter deserves a special shoutout! She was friendly, efficient, and top-notch in every way, making the whole process seamless and stress-free. It’s rare to find a team this thorough and dedicated these days. I highly recommend this service department and will absolutely be back for all my future maintenance. I’m writing to express serious concern about the service experience with my GMC Acadia (dropped off on July 15th for a fuel-related issue). This was a scheduled appointment I waited over a week for. Yet, I’ experience with my GMC Acadia (dropped off on July 15th for a fuel-related issue). This was a scheduled appointment I waited over a week for. Yet, I’ve received almost no communication since drop-off — only a vague confirmation of the issue I already diagnosed myself. This is day three, and I still have no quote, repair timeline, or any update beyond what I provided at check-in. I was told my car is “in the back of the line,” which defeats the purpose of scheduling in advance. I’ve purchased two vehicles from your dealership and was considering a third, but this lack of transparency and service has made me reconsider. Don't like the way they always give you one price and then they want you to pay more if and I emphasize if they find something else wrong instead of giving you a bottom line price.
