As a courtesy, Owen Long put the blind spot sensor part through warranty, and we appreciate very much that he took the time to do this for us and saved us a lot of money. Owen also offered us a loaner ve through warranty, and we appreciate very much that he took the time to do this for us and saved us a lot of money. Owen also offered us a loaner vehicle because our Outback was going to be in service over the weekend. We didn't need the loaner vehicle, but appreciate the offer in case we would have needed it. We will request Owen as our Service Advisor for future appointments. We are pleased with W&L's Sales and Service, and when we are ready for a new vehicle, it will be with W&L. More
