En este servicio luego del paso de 3 meses con respecto al servicio pasado, se mejoraron algunas cosas, como el acceso a las nuevas funcionalidades del sitio web que me parecieron geniales al momento de ob al servicio pasado, se mejoraron algunas cosas, como el acceso a las nuevas funcionalidades del sitio web que me parecieron geniales al momento de obtener una cita. Con respecto al servicio del carro esta vez fue mucho más veloz que las veces anteriores y me enviaron todas las imágenes y videos de los test del auto eso me pareció genial. Ahora con respecto al servicio de atención al cliente a mi parecer sigue siendo totalmente deficiente. En esta ocasión señale en el sitio que necesitaba el servicio de traslado de uber, algo que se supone que si fue seleccionado en el sitio web a la hora de sacar la cita, el concesionario lo deba ya tener registrado y uno no tenga que molestarse por cosas como esta. Al llegar al concesionario solicité el servicio de uber, espere más de una hora en el salón de espera y nunca apareció, por lo que decidí ya molesto ni preguntar por esto y tuve que esperar como 4 allí ( no es la primera vez que me sucede esto y ya es demasiado incomodo). En cuanto al servicio con el personal le daría 3 estrellas, aun siento que para la marca que representan y el dinero que gastamos los consumidores allí, les falta mucha capacitación a la hora de atender las necesidades de los clientes. The staff at the dealership is extremely friendly and helpful especially Oscar in service. However, I have been waiting nine months for a part to come in from my window. It stopped working three months after I bought the car and I now have tape holding my window up while I still owe $13,000 on it. This is just unacceptable and wrong. I am paying a lot of money for the extended warranty and the wait time is so wrong. Living in South Florida I have water coming into my car. I’m going to end up with mold damage and this is just very upsetting. I had brought my car in October 2024 to have the window issue diagnosed and was told it was the regulator. Waited seven months for the part to come in only to be told that once they took the door apart, they realized it was the motor not the regulator.
