Syd is new to this dealerships but has a long history in the industry with other brands. He was very friendly and great to work with. He was very prompt at communicating the process with us, and keeping us the industry with other brands. He was very friendly and great to work with. He made us feel that our needs were his priority, and every interaction was very comfortably and low pressure. In this regard, he fits in very well at Rio Vista, as that's been our experience in the past. Rio Vista gave us an amazing deal on a very special vehicle, at a time when many competing dealerships were still charging well over MSRP. The entire staff was extremely friendly and welcoming every time we have had an interaction. Even the finance office was painless! All in all, 10/10 would definitely do business with Syd at Rio Vista Chevrolet again (and probably will again in the near future, as we may be needing a 2nd new car soon). More

It took almost 6 months to receive the truck we ordered due to no fault of Rio Vista. Oscar gave us regular status updates, so we didn’t have to wonder or worry.
