We only needed a decal (etron) for the charging door to be put in and were told it would take less than 15 minutes. After 15 minutes we were told it was done and we were waiting on paperwork. After 30 mi be put in and were told it would take less than 15 minutes. After 15 minutes we were told it was done and we were waiting on paperwork. After 30 minutes we asked if the paperwork was ready, no just 5 more minutes. Dain went and helped another customer for 20 minutes. After waiting over an hour, Dain put the paperwork through (taking less than 2 minutes) and we were allowed to sign and leave. Seemed like low situational awareness and that we could have been pushed through much more quickly all things considered. More
