Both Omar and Jose R. were outstanding in their professionalism and hard work. They were able to put me in the vehicle I wanted and didn't give up until they did. The only negative aspect has been the exterior blemishes found on the paint job of the vehicle, but currently in the process of getting it hopefully corrected. More

Omar is great. He kept us informed about our truck and made himself available for any and all questions. What I actually had an issue with was the truck was at anot He kept us informed about our truck and made himself available for any and all questions. What I actually had an issue with was the truck was at another site being "detailed". We were told it would be ready on Friday. I received a txt (from management) making sure we would be there but not a txt telling me the truck wasn't there. I took half a day off work, wasting not only my time but Omar's also. The truck wasn't ready until the following Monday. When we did finally see the truck, it was dark. The outside looked great. When I could see the inside the following morning, I wondered where the detailing was. The inside had not been vacuumed, the seats were dirty, the back window and roof had coffee or coke splatter all over. I spent an hour cleaning the inside of a truck that had spent over a week being "detailed". I also didn't appreciate being txt by anyone other than Omar, simply because talking with too many creates confusion and miscommunication. Other than those two issues, Omar was very helpful and willing to go the extra mile for his customers. More
