There were 2 bright spots, the price of the truck and
Omar Noor. Omar was great. Everything else was a total disaster. They would not give me a decent price on my trade in. I wound up selling it to Carma
Omar Noor. Omar was great. Everything else was a total disaster. They would not give me a decent price on my trade in. I wound up selling it to Carmax for twice what Seguin Chevy offered. They also tried to make me take the protection package, even thought the previous owner already had that done (the truck only had 555 miles on it). Then they would not budge on the exorbitant interest rate. I bought the truck anyway and I am currently refinancing it at half the interest rate they forced me to take. All in all , they kept me there for 3 1/2 hours trying to make me pay more for a simple purchase. It's just a good thing I liked the truck, because there was several times I felt like getting up and walking out.
