happy with pat mccabe. not happy with explanation about financing. rate is supposed to be 3.90%, but payment equates to 3.99%. Was told higher monthly payment due to 1st payment due in 45 days rather than 30 days. Makes no sense to me. Should have been given option. would have chosen 30 days for proper monthly payment.
