Ford put out a hold on the recall that I was bringing my explorer in for. No one called. I dropped the car off the night before, cost me $20 in Uber fees. Was told I would have a ride to pick the car up, af explorer in for. No one called. I dropped the car off the night before, cost me $20 in Uber fees. Was told I would have a ride to pick the car up, after several annoying phone calls i was told y'all could not give me a ride that yall offered me, so another $20 Uber fee to come get the car. Bought my explorer ST from y'all and second time to the service department that turned into a major pain in the backside. BTW, I scheduled this recall appointment 2 months ago and I even called the service department the day before drop off, you would think someone would have said something. But, I am sure y'all will come up with some lame excuse for not calling. Love the Explorer not to found of your service department. Also, don't offer something you can't deliver on, like pickup service. That just makes things worse. More

Decent experience, took quite a while to get into the financing office. Really my only complaint is whoever installed the dealer tags used the wrong type of screw. I had to re tap the rear holes in order financing office. Really my only complaint is whoever installed the dealer tags used the wrong type of screw. I had to re tap the rear holes in order to get the threads to fit the correct screw. Front dealer logo plate fell off a week after purchase, thankfully it didn’t get a tire.
