After multiple emails, we settled on a price, and the email talks about the car being cpo. We get to financing where Joann was extremely rude and kept telling us the information we had was wrong. They told us the car was not cpo and offered warranty’s at absurd pricing. We walked out. We finally came back as they offered a Mac haik warranty and a little lower price. We mentioned the windshield washer fluid was low and they just kept saying they just filled it, well when we got home it was leaking all over the ground and there was none left in the container. We called yaony right away on 6/17/26 and he said he was would talk to his manager and get right back to us. As of 6/21/26 we still haven’t heard back. They showed little to no care about their customer or the fact we mentioned this problem before we left the lot. unfortunately this is our second bad experience at Mac haik cord and won’t be back. More

THE OLD BAIT AND SWITCH Found the truck I wanted right away, qualified for a loan no problem. Then at the last minute they did the bait and switch. Switched it out for a different model, Parts missing of away, qualified for a loan no problem. Then at the last minute they did the bait and switch. Switched it out for a different model, Parts missing off of it. Every other truck had a power inverter which I use at work every day mine does not. Just an empty space where it used to be. The truck I wanted and signed for had one. The truck I bought needs Helper Springs the truck I wanted and signed for didn’t need Helper Springs. It was strong enough. Picked it up the next day not the one I wanted but the one they told me was just as good and they delivered it to me Filthy there was mud around all four tires It hadn’t had a bath ever. I can’t believe they delivered it to me like that. I drove it through their car wash myself. Oh yeah and all four tires were 20 lbs low and their air hose was broken. I had to go to a gas station on the way home to get air. More
