Great experience with this dealership. After reading some negative reviews about the work of other dealerships, we came to this place just to see what our options are. We met Sergii Gulei After reading some negative reviews about the work of other dealerships, we came to this place just to see what our options are. We met Sergii Gulei and he patiently explained us various options, answered to tons of questions. He showed us several cars and asked us questions how we are going to use the car (commute, etc.) and provided some suggestions. We felt that Sergii is not a regular sales person but a highly educated professional who cares about the clients and provides the best options. He regularly followed up and provided an update and the whole process was very pleasant. On the day of purchase he spent several hours after his working hours to make sure we are ok. We even reached out to him after purchasing the car and again, he patiently responded to our questions. We would highly recommend Sergii for anybody who has reservations about purchasing a car. Special thanks to Chetan and Oleg from Finance department. We will definitely come back again to get another car. More

Worked with Salesperson & Managers for two days to find an Corolla available for preorder, only to discover that Sheehy has decided, given current demand, it will only sell vehicles if customers purchase a an Corolla available for preorder, only to discover that Sheehy has decided, given current demand, it will only sell vehicles if customers purchase and extra approx $2,300 in Koons provided extras & Hidden scam markups. Neither of which is needed for a brand new Toyota. Do not buy from them. I do not recommend koons at all or will ever do business with. More

Terrible customer service!!!!!!! No help at all, go elsewhere fast. They do not value your time or hard earned money. Went into the dealership and that was not the case. Spoke to the sales manager and financing and they asked the same questions I already told them from the start. No co-signer and my amount down. It has been three days and no word about my deal from financing or salesman. Terrible, lazy and unprofessional. No wonder Carvana is getting so much business, that’s where I’m going as I’m done with these sorry xxx used car dealerships. Period!!!!! Worst car buying experience ever!!!!! More

Kate Richardson, our sales person, was very professional and accommodating. Likewise the finance person, Oleg, was very helpful and patient in answering all of our questions. We had noted on line that Koons is one of the top 20 places to work in the DC metro area. That drew us to the dealership. The condition of the car is like new. Koons had prepped the car well. It is like new. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used car. More

The car buying experience at Koons was much easier than I anticipated. As someone who is very skeptical of any type of salesman, Christian came across as very genuine and wanting to help me make the best dec anticipated. He was essential to my decision in pulling the trigger on buying the vehicle because of his knowledge of the vehicle and candid advice. Christian and his supervisor also showed some flexibility in giving me a good deal on new tires, which I really appreciated. I would/will recommend this Koons branch to anyone I know in the market for a new vehicle, and I would especially recommend Christian, who truly felt like a friend, and not just a salesman, after the purchase was made. While working with Oleg in finance, I did feel a little more pressure to buy an extended warranty after telling him I didnt want one, but he was willing to be flexible on cashing my check an entire week after I took the car, which was incredibly generous and much appreciated. Keep up the good work! More
