Valerii Burchynskyi was the salesperson. However, he didn't meet my expectation, for my purchase experience. It took more than 4 hours, to complete this simple transaction, which I have already paid a $500 deposit for a specific Sienna. Most of time spent there were waiting - waiting for Valerii and the finance person. In the end, Valerii and Oleg still could not do the job - Valerii promised my $500 deposit should be counted in as a credit toward the final price; but Oleg didn't include it in the final transaction sheet. As of 12/10/2025, which is 24 days after my 11/18/2025 car purchase, I still didn't receive my $500 refund. Valerii promised this refund in our mobile text and email communication. More

Great experience with this dealership. After reading some negative reviews about the work of other dealerships, we came to this place just to see what our options are. We met Sergii Gulei After reading some negative reviews about the work of other dealerships, we came to this place just to see what our options are. We met Sergii Gulei and he patiently explained us various options, answered to tons of questions. He showed us several cars and asked us questions how we are going to use the car (commute, etc.) and provided some suggestions. We felt that Sergii is not a regular sales person but a highly educated professional who cares about the clients and provides the best options. He regularly followed up and provided an update and the whole process was very pleasant. On the day of purchase he spent several hours after his working hours to make sure we are ok. We even reached out to him after purchasing the car and again, he patiently responded to our questions. We would highly recommend Sergii for anybody who has reservations about purchasing a car.
