My experience with Executive Chevrolet over the years has been very positive. Staff are friendly, polite, and always professional. Service has been great, and timely. Dealership has been great. But I have some concerns over the issue with my 4 month old 2025 new car that has a leak which should not have happened snd can’t be fixed for weeks But I have some concerns over the issue with my 4 month old 2025 new car that has a leak which should not have happened snd can’t be fixed for weeks seeing there are no parts. That is not on the dealership but on Chevrolet. Doesn’t make me feel good overall. More

We are repeat customers and had a fantastic experience last time, but not this time. Our salesperson Kristin was difficult to work with and it was a struggle to get straight answers about the cost and ter last time, but not this time. Our salesperson Kristin was difficult to work with and it was a struggle to get straight answers about the cost and terms of the deal. We chose her because of the number of good reviews, but we won’t deal with her again if we ever go back to Executive again. Things improved once the managers got involved, but there were mistakes in the paperwork and we had to re-sign the paperwork 4 times. Mary tried her best and was very nice, but it seems like there are some issues going on behind the scenes. Overall, we would have to seriously consider whether or not we would go back to this dealer. The car is nice, but getting the deal completed was a real challenge. More
