Executive Chevrolet was a breath of fresh air! Carlos Santiago explained the sales process in an easy to understand binder. I could walk in and chat with Omed Santiago. He wasn’t “hidden” somewher Carlos Santiago explained the sales process in an easy to understand binder. I could walk in and chat with Omed Santiago. He wasn’t “hidden” somewhere on the premises. Although I tried to get a better price on my truck, they stuck to the original price. I have to admit, I respect that. No xxxxxx business with the price. They gave me a fair value for my trade. The finance department was a different story. Mary was transparent with things, but the process was too quick for my liking. I didn’t get to read the fine print on most things until I got the paperwork home. All in all, compared to other past dealership experiences, I would give Executive Chevrolet 4.5 Stars out of 5! My experience with Executive Chevrolet over the years has been very positive. Staff are friendly, polite, and always professional. Service has been great, and timely. Dealership has been great.
