Sales person was new and I felt that someone should have been with her to show me the details of vehicle. She was very pleasant and sought help to answer questions. I asked them to check a whining noise th been with her to show me the details of vehicle. She was very pleasant and sought help to answer questions. I asked them to check a whining noise that I heard when test driving the vehicle so the salesman took it to the shop to be checked. I waited about a45 minutes and then asked when the vehicle would be ready since I had already signed the paperwork. , I was told the vehicle had been placed on a computer and it would take 2 hours and it had been locked up in the service department and everyone was gone for the day. I then had to wait for someone to come back to the dealership and unlock the service department to get the vehicle. To be fair, the salesman was never told it would take 2 hours and it would be the next day being able to pick the vehicle up. Had the paperwork not been signed already, this deal would have been a no go!!! More
