I am done working with Audi West Palm Beach. My advisor Jennifer was great but the service tech and customer service is horrible. Too much to write but tired of dealing with a dealership that does not eve Jennifer was great but the service tech and customer service is horrible. Too much to write but tired of dealing with a dealership that does not ever execute any of their promises, you are just are kept running in circles, will be using Audi in Stuart for now on. I have bought and leased 2 trucks and the level of customer service to resolve an issue is indescribable. Still waiting on a second key that was never given on my new lease, told it was lost, still have my old Q8 attached to the MMI so can't activate my new vehicle to the system. More

Everyone was exceptionally accommodating and service oriented. Alan Wolfson ,my service rep for years, was instrumental in getting me to consider a new Audi. The sales person I dealt with was Keelan Kur oriented. Alan Wolfson ,my service rep for years, was instrumental in getting me to consider a new Audi. The sales person I dealt with was Keelan Kurzrock, who is not listed below, did an excellent job of showing me all about the car and its many features. I give him a 5 star rating He was available a few days later to help me deal with the MMI. My one issue is not with the dealership or its people but with Audi. Audi made the MMI set up process unnecessarily complicated. This should be set up so it can be handled with in one step More
