Mr. Shlosser believes in a culture of "putting people first" Yesterday, I received a phone call from a Mr. David Shlosser who is the new GM at Lia VW. He explained that he was calling me because he had learned t Yesterday, I received a phone call from a Mr. David Shlosser who is the new GM at Lia VW. He explained that he was calling me because he had learned that back in the fall of 2017, I had a negative experience with the sales manager and GM at that time while attempting to lease a new VW automobile. Mr. Shlosser explained that there had been many staffing changes at Lia VW since then and he wanted to help rectify any lingering discord I felt about Lia VW, as he felt that his values about the automobile industry (and Lia VW) was something he was trying to re-build (at Lia VW) and feels strongly in customer satisfaction, professional service and respect which was something he wanted to bring into this organization. While I expained to Mr. Shlosser that since the fall, my feelings about my poor experience with the past staff that I had dealt with at that time had dissipated, however, he lent out an olive branch on behalf of Lia VW and invited my husband and I to come and meet with him in-person while our Tiguan was being serviced. Today, my husband and I met with Mr. Shlosser and he indeed turned out to be someone that we felt a positive rapport with. He was honest as we discussed options for a new vehicle, as we have recently become intersted in another VW automobile. He listened to us and to our needs and to our desires. He never wavered from taking time out from his busy schedule to answer all of our questions patiently. He was personable, showed a high level of dignity and respect for us. He was certainly someone that we look forward to continue to work with in the future and I know he will do his best to meet our needs. Later on in the evening, I opened an email from him thanking my husband and I for taking the time out to meet with him today. This is someone that believes in hard work, doing right by the customer and surrounding himself with staff that shares the same work ethics that he does. I have to give kuddos to Keri Kazalis, Product Specialist, who showed us some automobiles, was also very personable and professional. In addition I would like to thank Nikole Goodman, the Service Manager. She was ready for us upon our arrival, treated us with kindness, and came to personally speak with us about the status of our vehicle maintenence which was serviced while we were there and explained the next steps for its maintenence. Mr. Shlosser impressed us beyond any expectations. With him on board, my views about Lia VW have become positive and I am excited to once again be able to focus on the excitement of a new car! Thank you to Mr. Shlosser and his staff! More

The service team was kind enough to explain thoroughly about services I will need to render in the upcoming future for my Honda CRV. At check out I was given a complimentary calendar and a mail in rebate voucher for $20 off my next oil change. I would definitely return to this dealership again for my future car repairs. More
