Niki Hutchens is great in the Service Department. Communicating clearly and promptly helped me get a good deal on needed repairs. Expectaions set 0 expectations met. I had my vehicle back when promised, a full inspection, serviced and running smoothly. My service agent was courteous and thorough. Unbelievable Service. I will never take my Mazda anywhere else. I now see why this dealership has such an amazing reputation. Words cannot express how amazing this service I will never take my Mazda anywhere else. I now see why this dealership has such an amazing reputation. Words cannot express how amazing this service center is. They had our Mazda for about 3 wks while we sorted through several issues regarding a recalled navigation screen and warranty coverage on parts that hadn’t fully failed just yet. The dealership provided a loaner vehicle for the entire 3 wks at no additional charge, and somehow got Mazda corporate to fully cover the screen repair despite being outside the recall notice. They additionally stayed in contact and checked in periodically just to keep us informed. We will continue to utilize this dealership for all our service needs in the future. We highly recommend them and you will not be sorry. And ask for Nikki as your service writer. She is probably the best customer service rep I have ever had the privilege of working with. Well done Nikki! More
