I will keep it short, If I could give a zero star I would. Test drove a vehicle, and was handed an estimate of cost to purchase, I asked to have the down payment lowered with new paperwork. Over a week went by with zero response - but then the sales mgr reached out, said she will work on it, proposal came the next day, I reached out to proceed with purchase and surprise - The vehicle was sold that day to someone else! This customer service is beyond the worst! In saying so, Nick did reach out promising to do his best to find me a replacement - Never heard from him again! What prompted me to write this review is I see as of today, they now have several vehicles on the lot currently of the make and model I was going to buy. Just Poor Poor Poor customer service and I just wanted to share my experience. More
