Jordan provided excellent service from the moment I drove into the service department. He was very professional and courteous, arranging for a shuttle back to my house and keeping me updated while waiting on into the service department. A little over a week later, we returned to trade out my Murano for one that had recently been traded in and was still being processed. We worked with Nick on this process remotely and then in person and it was a very smooth transaction over the course of 48 hours! He sent us all of the information we needed to make an informed decision prior to moving forward and quickly answered any additional questions.
