It started with a call to the service department where Ali Tindle found me a same day afternoon appointment for the 45,000 mile service I needed for my vehicle. I arrived about 3 PM for my 3:15 appointment and when I drove through the service entrance my odometer read 45,000 miles exactly. Nick Laakkonen greeted me immediately and confirmed my appointment and explained what was included in the service and quoted me a cost. He said it would take about one hour. I told him I brought a book so I would wait in the lounge. In less than one hour Colin Nordness did his magic and completed the service required. Nick found me in the lounge and went over the inspection report which contained nothing but good news. I purchased this vehicle from this dealership and they are the only service technicians who have done any of the required maintenance. I'm confident that the right people are doing the right job in my behalf. Thanks. More
