Did not cover factory installed part that sheered off
after only 2 years. Had good experience with Lake in the past but it appears big turnover in service department and they don’t back the new cars or

Opened a claim with Chevy and if parts and labor are not reimbursed, I will not be buying another Chevy or returning to this dealership.

Why would the dealer offer a time for that appointment for an oil change on their website, if they were not going to honor it? Lake Chevrolet did after some discussion however, they did not complete or report on the multi point inspection for the coupon that was used.
