Extremely disappointing experience – vehicle in service more than I’ve had it I normally don’t write reviews, but after my experience with Advantage Chevrolet, I feel obligated to warn other buyers to d more than I’ve had it I normally don’t write reviews, but after my experience with Advantage Chevrolet, I feel obligated to warn other buyers to do their research before purchasing a vehicle here. Just because a dealership has the Chevrolet name on the building does not automatically mean the dealership operates with the level of professionalism or accountability you might expect from a GM brand location. Within 36 days of purchasing my truck, the vehicle had already spent over 30 days back at the dealership for repairs. During that short time, there were three separate repair attempts for the same issues. Each time, I was told the vehicle was repaired and ready for pickup. However, when I arrived to pick up my truck, the situation was incredibly frustrating because the vehicle was dead or still not properly fixed. Imagine being told your vehicle is ready, arranging your schedule to pick it up, and then finding out the issue is still unresolved. After three repair attempts and over a month of the vehicle sitting at the dealership, the experience became extremely discouraging. Another concern is the CarBravo warranty that is heavily pushed during the sales process. It is presented as a Chevrolet-backed warranty covering both GM and non-GM vehicles. Based on my experience so far, I would strongly advise buyers to carefully evaluate whether this warranty actually provides the support they expect. The biggest issue I encountered throughout this process was communication and accountability. Trying to reach someone in management or customer support is extremely difficult. Calls frequently get transferred, messages go to voicemail, and follow-ups often never happen. Instead of having someone take ownership of the situation after multiple failed repair attempts, it felt like being passed from person to person without real resolution. When a vehicle you just purchased spends more time at the dealership than in your driveway during the first month, that should trigger immediate attention from management. Unfortunately, that level of customer care was not my experience here. Buying a vehicle should be an exciting and positive experience. Instead, this turned into a situation where my truck spent over 30 days in the service department within the first 36 days of ownership. I strongly encourage anyone considering buying from Advantage Chevrolet to do their homework, ask detailed questions about warranties and service support, and consider multiple dealerships before making a decision. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. More
