Nick Ely is a pro he is attentive and communicative which makes for positive interaction. The 1 thing a can say about Chases policy for in house shuttle service. Is it needs work After spending $5k you'd thi makes for positive interaction. The 1 thing a can say about Chases policy for in house shuttle service. Is it needs work After spending $5k you'd think I would be able to be given a ride home and after the transmission I had installed failed I would have expected a ride home again but that did not happen and it cost me $160 extra for all the rides back and forth to Chase. If it wasn't for Nick's professionalism I would have reconsidered. More

I was going through and the insurance Abel never called me to authorize work should be done he just did the work didn't ask and then when I went to go pick up my car please said I owed him $400 and I told me to authorize work should be done he just did the work didn't ask and then when I went to go pick up my car please said I owed him $400 and I told him why he said it was for the work that he did I never authorized him to do any work he was supposed to get the authorization from the insurance the whole process was a headache and I would never go back for any service More
