I made an appointment for 3 pm and stood outside my car for 20 minutes waiting for someone to help me. After the service they told me that my tire had a nail and needed replacement…took it to the tire stor for 20 minutes waiting for someone to help me. After the service they told me that my tire had a nail and needed replacement…took it to the tire store where I originally bought it and they told me there was no nail in my tire. They also suggested some repairs on the car…I told them about my after market warranty and someone from the dealership texted me and told me that I have to call the warranty company myself to find out…they’ve done work on this car using that warranty 6 months ago. Sounds like they don’t want my business….im happy to take it elsewhere!!!I’ll also make sure to never go there again or recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I purchased my vehicle from them in 2015, have ALWAYS brought my vehicle in for service. During one of the service appointments, they messed up with my GPS system and broke it. They have refused to repai brought my vehicle in for service. During one of the service appointments, they messed up with my GPS system and broke it. They have refused to repair it and keep giving me excuses as to why they can't. Each service rep gives me a different story, very disappointed in their services. I have poured thousands of dollars for upkeep of my car at this dealership, yet they won't take responsibility for their failures. Took my car in for scheduled service on June 3rd, price was what I was expecting, waiting time was a little quicker than expected. When my car was ready Nick mentioned I would nead rear brakes in the very was what I was expecting, waiting time was a little quicker than expected.
