Works like it should Service is always great. I work with Nick and he is always open as to what the car needs. He doesn’t push the various recommended services if I tell h Service is always great. I don’t think you could carry enough money to cover all the suggested services. Great doing business with him. Also appreciate the waiting room donuts! More

The Royal Treatment ... When I drove onto the lot I had no idea the wonderful experience I was about to be afforded. Inside I met Salesman, Mr. Don Wert. I informed him I w When I drove onto the lot I had no idea the wonderful experience I was about to be afforded. Inside I met Salesman, Mr. Don Wert. I informed him I was interested in an RX. Mr. Wert then accompanied me on a test drive. Before deciding, I test drove many RX's with different options. After all was said and done I decided on an RX I wasn't even considering! When it came to making and closing the purchase I was introduced to Sales Manager, Mr. Jamal Kabir. He treated me like royality. Never have I had the attention or the experience he afforded me. Not when it comes to buying a car! I was afforded patience, not pressure. I was afforded time, never rushed. I was afforded answers to every question with explanations. Most of all, I was afforded respect and made to feel like I was the most important person on the property. That was a year ago. Since then, I've been back for two (2) courtesy services. Everyone that works there that happens to run into you greets you. "What brings you in today?" "Nice to see you again." "Hey, back for a second one?" Even the General Manager, Christian Simon, saw me and took time to come over, shake my hand saying, "It's nice to see you again." Needless to say, I'll only drive a Lexus and when the time comes to buy another one, it'll be Lexus of Sacramento. And I might add, I'm really looking forward to it! Thank You Mr. Kabir and Mr. Wert! My experience We all know how frustrating it can be when we enter a place of business that specializes in sales. You walk in just to shop around, but before you kno We all know how frustrating it can be when we enter a place of business that specializes in sales. You walk in just to shop around, but before you know it, you're pressured into purchasing their product and or ignored if they feel as though you're not going to purchase anything. Well, I can assure you that's NOT what I experienced at Lexus of Sacramento! I was greeted with a genuine smile as soon as I arrived and was of course offered water because hydration is of the upmost importance hanging in the Sacramento heat. The dealership was clean and the overall atmosphere was friendly. Anywho, I met with Ron K, my sales rep; there isn't enough alloted character space in this review for me to explain how awesome he is. He sat there and worked with me; ultimately assisted in getting me what I wanted at the price requested. Ron was patient, very knowledgable and kind. It was evident that he really wanted to see me leave with the vehicle I had my eyes on ( 2017 IS 200t). Everything about him was genuine! I keep bragging about Ron because he's awesome, but the entire team was great; from the gentlemen in finance to the other gentlemen that helped personalize the car's gadgets to my needs. I would most definitely recommend this dealership. More

The Cashiers Office for to credit my Castro Oil $10 check. I called and talked Mike (11/120/13, 1 p.m.), he verified the mistake. Very happy with my car. The service was great. They offered me a loaner while my car was being worked on for a week. I didn't miss any days of work nor had to spend money on a rental. My car was cleaned and detailed when I went to pick it up; something I've been wanting to do myself for a very long time but just didn't have the time. My car feels like a new car!
