Dealership service department is stellar. However. FoMoCo - not so much. Unfortunate that Ford would send out a vehicle that’s seriously less than ready for prime time. Purchased in May, now However. FoMoCo - not so much. Unfortunate that Ford would send out a vehicle that’s seriously less than ready for prime time. Purchased in May, now being told my problem “could” be fixed with an “on air” push by end of October. Seriously, 5 months with a problem that can’t be fixed??? Maybe the UAW needs to be ran out of auto industry. More
