I previously left a 1 star review for a situation I was dealing with at this dealership. I bought a used truck with 29,800ish miles on it and within the first couple weeks of owning it I noticed the transm dealing with at this dealership. I bought a used truck with 29,800ish miles on it and within the first couple weeks of owning it I noticed the transmission was acting weird. I took it in to be checked out and they determined it was the valve body going bad. It took 3 weeks for the part to come in and my truck just sat on the lot for that period of time. They did put me in a loaner. Once I got it back I drove it for a couple weeks to a month and noticed that the transmission was still acting abnormal from what I’ve seen in other vehicles. I took it back to have it checked out and since I took it back a second time within 4 months I tried to see about swapping it out for a different vehicle since I hadn’t had my truck for a lengthy time overall. The sales managers got me an extremely low price and was treating it as a normal trade which frustrated me. Eventually I talked to the operating manager and he tried to make things right but still didn’t offer me what I wanted. I got my truck back after a 4 days and they told me they couldn’t duplicate the issue. I ended taking one of the service guys on a ride and showed them what it was doing. They told me that “that’s just what these transmissions due”. The service department did a pretty good job but definitely could improve in some areas. The sales department I think could of handled the situation a lot better. I’d be cautious on selling your vehicle to them because they say and do some sketchy things in my opinion. I’m on the fence on if I’d go back or suggest them for buying a vehicle. More

I love my 2013 GMC Sierra 1500 I got in March of 2026 but when it came to the paperwork during the sale they messed it up twice then today had another mix up with oil change told to me wrong when I needed to when it came to the paperwork during the sale they messed it up twice then today had another mix up with oil change told to me wrong when I needed to have it done, the truck showed it being due on the odometer and they forgot to reset it when they changed the oil in March before I bought it when they pulled up my paperwork at the dealership they couldn't find my warranty when they did finally find it they said I only had a one year warranty on motor and transmission and I had to show the paperwork due to them making mistakes twice when I purchased my gap insurance I also added a year warranty on motor and transmission but due to their mistakes twice they added an extra year and I do appreciate them doing that. But all this mess today over the reading saying my truck was due for an oil change. When I called the number to this dealership the woman on the phone instead of treating me like I was lying telling me things like I didn't have a warranty when she looked up the truck then telling me it's not in the system but still kept telling me the warranty I was talking about didn't cover oil changes and the dealership changed the oil in March I told her I knew that but for 30 minutes she kept on and on telling me something different then the dealership told me at the time of purchase and instead of upsetting me if she didn't know what the dealership told me or see it in the system she should have just told me from the start to take my truck to the dealership because I was trying to make an appointment over the phone for the oil change instead I got all this wrong information from her over the phone thanks to Nicholas Deaton he fixed the reading on the odometer and looked into my warranty and I do have a two year warranty on the motor and transmission and also gap insurance this man is awesome he told me I wasn't wrong about what I was told and even though he wasn't at fault he still apologized for their mistakes and fixed their mistakes took the time to get everything right and explained everything to me with patience and understanding again thank you Nicholas Deaton for believing in me and getting everything right today with my truck this was my first experience buying a vehicle from a big dealership I've always had to settle for less and so all I wanted to do today was make sure if the oil needed changing due to paying extra for warranty I'm trying to keep everything done right so I don't have issues in the future with my motor due to neglect on my part then my warranty wouldn't cover my motor if something was to happen More
