Very, very positive experience with Edward Salloum! We found a vehicle that interested us at the West German BMW dealership. We scheduled a visit to test drive the vehicle and due to scheduling conflict We found a vehicle that interested us at the West German BMW dealership. We scheduled a visit to test drive the vehicle and due to scheduling conflicts had to reschedule a couple times, all during the same day. We finally arrived and met with Edward who proves to be nothing but the most professional and knowledgeable auto salesman we’ve dealt with in sometime. Edward certainly knows the automotive industry and you can detect his love for cars during your conversations with him. Not only that, he knows the BMW brand very, very well. He was able to navigate through the iDrive system efficiently and yet still able to explain the system to not only me but also my wife. Well, we did purchase the car, and I plan to contact Edward in the future for any of our BMW related needs. Even though we live nearly an hour away from the dealership, I would make the drive knowing that Edward was going to help me in the process. More

Bob Cesarini has exceeded in making this dealership top notch, from the hard working, kind employees to the cleanliness of the store, even to the small details of a friendly greeting from the front desk, to the quick replies of phone messages or texts. As a first time BMW buyer, there was a lot to learn. Mike Prince sat with me several times and explained the 2 models I was interested in. He took me for test drives, and never hesitated to answer my many questions. I never felt rushed or embarrassed about asking so many questions! I was kept informed throughout the production of my new car, and once it was delivered, Mike went over the entire car, inside and out, and explained everything. Obviously it was a lot of information to digest, and Mike texted a day later to see if I had any questions. He has followed up with me several times to make sure I am happy with the vehicle, and asks if I have any questions that he'd be happy to assist with. Have met with a BMW Genius is an added benefit in learning about the car. More
