Dealership lied to me at time of purchase of a pre-owned 2022 Ford F-150 XLT. I did not receive the warranty that I asked for. And service department gave a wrong diagnosis on repairs in which I had to pay 2022 Ford F-150 XLT. I did not receive the warranty that I asked for. And service department gave a wrong diagnosis on repairs in which I had to pay almost $200 for the diagnosis. Service department claims the transmission was inoperable and requested almost $12,000 for replacement. Vehicle was towed to another repair shop to have a second opinion done and upon further inspection the rear end needed to be replaced. Transmission was in tact and working properly. More

Staff was friendly, but very slow and inconsiderate! !totally tried to oversell services. I came in with a specific issue and knew exactly what the problem was. I spent 5 hrs editing in line (?which was !totally tried to oversell services. I came in with a specific issue and knew exactly what the problem was. I spent 5 hrs editing in line (?which was not a big issue, I realized other customers had appointments. The mechanic walked through explained in detail the issue and told me the resolution after 8 hrs waiting they gave me a total diagnostic test with every issue my vehicle ma have and told me If I waited an additional 2 hrs they would replace a “sensor”. I was overwhelmed and totally disgusted with the miscommunication and the time consumed at your dealership. More
