We were able to negotiate a price with satisfaction to all involved. About 18 years prior, we had bought my 2005 Forester (used) there. We had a good experience then also. I had been going to this dealer for servicing my car all along. I was always able to get a loaner car if the repairs took longer than I could wait. Joe B. and the team were always helpful in explaining the needed repairs. Financing was done relatively smoothly although the interest rate was higher than I wanted to get, even with an 825+ credit score. I should have pre-arranged an auto loan through my credit union first, but the purchase decision came about far too quickly for that to happen. More
