Danny has and still accommodates my every need without any hesitation. He never questions my concerns, infact Danny takes the time, and has the patients to listen to, and understand me. He followeds up if there's a delay for any reason. Usually no delays though. All my experiences weather it's sales, service, or employees of Paul Conte have been like a family atmosphere. I would also like to mention, Christine, and John, both in the service dept. I also have communicated with them, and it's identical to dealing with Danny. I do not know everyone by name, but I can say, everyone in the building talks to me as if they know me for years.
