Overall the experience was very good, our salesman was very good and easy to work with. What really ruined the experience for my wife and I was the poor vehicle prep. I wouldn't call the window dirty bu very good and easy to work with. What really ruined the experience for my wife and I was the poor vehicle prep. I wouldn't call the window dirty but definitely not clean. We drove home at night and it was obvious that the car was not carefully cleaned. After having the car at home for a week I was installing new floor mats and discovered a whole hash brown and other food under the passenger seat. More
