Nathan was great to work with at Heritage. He listened to exactly what I was looking for in a new truck. We looked at a few that they had on their lot, but none of them were exactly what I was He listened to exactly what I was looking for in a new truck. We looked at a few that they had on their lot, but none of them were exactly what I was looking for. We opted to order a truck from Ford. Nathan kept we updated every couple of weeks as to the status of the truck order. Once it did come in, the process to finalize the order was so smooth. Theresa in the finance office went over my options for additional equipment (like a bedliner and undercoating) and extended warranties. She was informative, but not pushy at all. A great experience from start to finish. As the commercial goes, "Ford has great heritage and Heritage has great Fords." More
