I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Heritage. My sales person was OUTSTANDING. I was blown away by the demeanor and professionalism of Areg Muradian. He was so unlike most of the salespersons I have sales person was OUTSTANDING. I was blown away by the demeanor and professionalism of Areg Muradian. He was so unlike most of the salespersons I have ever worked with. He was friendly, an excellent listener, had great energy, was NOT pushy, was knowledgeable with both financial matters (numbers) and with the features of vehicles and models (different trims). If I could have CHOSEN a sales person to work with, it would be Areg. He 'did his homework' before I came in; he looked at the notes from my correspondences with the dealership so he knew what I was looking for. He got keys for multiple different vehicles of the models i was interested in even though it was more work for him-he wanted me to be able to compare the trim packages and SEE them for myself to decide what I liked. He was outstanding at explaining the features associated with each package even for someone who doesn't understand 'car stuff' well. My husband was with me as well (a car guy) but Areg did not ignore me which often happens; men think that because you're a woman you don't need to be acknowledged or made eye contact with. He was focused on my desires yet included my husband in conversation. He also gave us freedom to drive where we wanted to test the features of the models I liked and didn't rush us. He then followed up to see how I felt about each one, in a curious manner. He also did not waste our time; he was prompt and timely with his end of the process. I simply cannot say enough good things about Areg. If you are interested in Ford, ask for him! More

He was friendly, to the point, and let me know my options without even having to ask. THAT is the kind of communication that every dealer should be giving their Customer's. The sale fell through on my end and Nathan was still kind enough to take the time to let me know the vehicle was no longer available instead of me some day contacting him to find it was already gone. Thank you for the respect and communication. Highly recommended. More
