They went the extra mile to take care of the leak in my Rogue. The service manager, Nathan, and the service agent, Mac, both exhibited concern for my situation. They even involved the detailing department, Rogue. The service manager, Nathan, and the service agent, Mac, both exhibited concern for my situation. They even involved the detailing department, who dried the carpet and headliner, at no charge. They could both sense my frustration and responded accordingly.
