The whole tram from service through sales was very positive. They helped me to resolve any concerns I had moving to leasing or purchasing a new vehicle. There was no pressure, which for me was the bes positive. They helped me to resolve any concerns I had moving to leasing or purchasing a new vehicle. There was no pressure, which for me was the best experience for getting into a new vehicle. I had shopped Shrewsbury BMW one other time 7 years ago and the experience turned me off so I bought from another dealer. My service adviser convinced me to try again and he was right..
