Zimmerman Honda has been our sole source of vehicles for many years. We have never had a negative experience with any service provided by the staff of the dealership. My wife and I needed to replace our 2014 Odyssey, which we bought at Zimmerman in 2014. This is where we had it serviced for the past ten years. We connected with Matt who couldn't meet with us the day we we bought at Zimmerman in 2014. This is where we had it serviced for the past ten years. We connected with Matt who couldn't meet with us the day we wanted, so he referred us to Nathan. He showed us all the features of the Touring edition. We then discussed price and financing options. We was very professional, engaging and patient with us as senior citizens, answering all our questions. We took overnight to think about it and called the next day to say we would take it. We then met with Kyle who treated us the same and gave us good advice on different options. The transaction was finalized with a loan. Afterward, Nathan finished setting up the interior including syncing our cell phones. We believe the whole two-day process went seamlessly continuing our confidence in the Zimmerman team for the past ten years. Thank you to all as we enjoy our new Odyssey Touring. More

Our purchase went smoothly and it was not the "stress" as we have had in other years and/or dealerships! We felt they had pride in their place of employment ---had that "family owned" feeling. Thumbs up for Nathan and Kyle! Very thorough in going over everything with us --listened to our questions--made the time for us --made us feel important! Did not feel like we were "under" a time clock --was willing to take as much time as we wanted or requested. We would highly recommend to family and friends. Absolutely worth the hour an half drive to shop at Zimmerman. We are looking forward to the continued support with customer service after our purchase. More
