The reception process needs improving. When I arrived, it took a while to be acknowledged. I told them I had a 2.15 75k service appointment. They asked me who I was there to see! I had no idea who would handle My service, presumably the next available service coordinator. I then just stood and waited with no one tolling me what to expect. In the past (for 4 years) it has always been a smooth procedure. I arrive. I get greeted. They put a number on the car, take my keys and send me into the reception area to talk to a specific person. I would suggest that the ‘receivers’ should carry tablets that bring up my scheduled details (I booked online), acknowledge that I am being checked in and then hand me off to the service coordinator. Natalie listened politely to my suggestion. The service took longer than expected, complicated by an issue with the battery. Natalie did a good job under the circumstances. I have no idea who Tyler is. The car seems to be working nicely. I like Findlay and I want to stay loyal but I did feel this experience was not as good as in the past. The meet and greet was the main issue, with many red-shirted helpers walking around but no one approaching me. More

I previously purchased a service plan that included three oil changes. I never received a covered oil chabge under my service plan and on this visit I was told I had zero covered oil changes left. I'm not sure how that works since I purchased three and received zero. I was then offered the opportunity to purchase another service plan, which was laughable. More
