She was very pleasant but didn't seem familiar with the computer system. Took 10 minutes just to call up my info and she had to ask the guy next to her several times how to do something. After another 10 minutes, and a call to the technician and another request to the guy next to her how to get to a certain screen she still couldn't tell me which fluid I would need or the cost of the service.
