Everything was running well during the test drives and I ended up purchasing the vehicle. Less than 15 minutes into the drive home from the dealer, the transmission started malfunctioning!! I wasn't even 10 miles away from the dealership! I took it in to a mechanic to get a diagnosis and I need to get a new transmission! That's a $7k fix!! I don't know what they did to the car to get it off the lot but I am furious!! These scammers will do anything to sell a car!! Make sure you get a PPI done before purchasing! The employees are nice and helpful but you can't trust anything that comes out of their mouths! More

Now that there is so much pricing transparency online, the thing that separates a good from great dealership is service and integrity. More than any car dealership that I've ever come across, Narcis and the team that I worked with (Vic, Pierre, Danny, and Ben) are the most diligent and responsive team I could imagine. I am a difficult customer because I was looking for a stick shift model, which narrows the available selection down significantly, plus I wasn't 100% sure which model or options I wanted. What sets this dealership apart is that Narcis sees finding the right car for a person like me as a fulfilling challenge rather than a pain, and this attitude toward sales trickles down to the most junior staff members. Buying a car is a huge commitment that you're stuck with for years, so it is really important to find what you want. Every aspect of the management of this business is geared toward giving people the time and space to find the perfect car for them, and then making sure that the process after the car is chosen is as easy as possible. Its really a remarkably well-run business, that really cares about the long-term satisfaction of its customers. More

Matthew Solotaire is a great salesman who not only understands the product, but realizes that it's not about getting a sale, but rather making sure you walk away with what you're looking for. Only problem is I live in Atlanta and they're in Chicago and was out of the country when I found the car. I must have called or emailed 8 or 10 times with questions and checking on the Audi. They had no idea if I was the real deal or not, but were polite and thorough and answered every question promptly. If my contact guy wasn't there I got handed to another manager who was knowledgeable of my case. Zero pressure at any point. Just helpful people. Yesterday I flew in, picked up the car and drove to Atlanta. The manager Ben even stepped out in the street and stopped traffic for me to pull out of the parking lot. More
