Only problem is I live in Atlanta and they're in Chicago and was out of the country when I found the car. I must have called or emailed 8 or 10 times with questions and checking on the Audi. They had no idea if I was the real deal or not, but were polite and thorough and answered every question promptly. If my contact guy wasn't there I got handed to another manager who was knowledgeable of my case. Zero pressure at any point. Just helpful people. Yesterday I flew in, picked up the car and drove to Atlanta. The manager Ben even stepped out in the street and stopped traffic for me to pull out of the parking lot. More

I would not recommend buying from AutoBarn or Dennis Tomsa Couple months ago he ended up selling me a used car that was totally damaged. He straight lied to my Wife and I about the Carfax. He made it seem like we didn't need to receive a copy of the vehicle history. He obviously knew why, the vehicle had been damaged in 2 accidents and I am stuck with a $3500 repair. Thanks Dennis for lying to people to make a paycheck. Oh yea, he ripped my friend off in a lease by $150 a month on a Jetta lease. Know this because my friend just traded it in for a 2015 Jetta TDI and saved $150 a month with $2k of negative equity crossing over to the new loan. More

Who knew places like this exsisted ! When I initially bought my car May 2014 Narcis was the most amazing sales man I have ever met. He listened and found me what I needed for the amount I could afford no haggle no convincing to take a car note! Took it in a couple days ago for minor repair normal wear and tear, 1. I was not oversold ; Justin recommended what other work needed to be done. 2. loaner was available and I was in and out (even though we had an ice storm) . 3. Called and re confirmed everything before completing repairs. AND THEN MY BALANCE WAS LOWER THAN INITIALLY QUTOED!!!!!!!! I have never walked into a service dept and walked out with no additional problems! LOVE THIS PLACE AND THSR GUYS! since then I've sent 3 people within a year who all purchased and are loving the VDUB EXPERIENCE!!!! More
