Disappointed I had an amazing experience when purchasing my 2018 R-Line Passat, however even getting someone to call me back for an appointment took several attemp I had an amazing experience when purchasing my 2018 R-Line Passat, however even getting someone to call me back for an appointment took several attempts. I was also disappointed because my car was in the shop twice and still no follow up as to why the radio kept shutting off on its own. I brought the car in initially for an oil change among other things and they didn't even reset the oil change notification on the dash, additionally the wrong sticker was put on the top left corner for a next oil change reminder. I will not pass judgment Maybe everyone just had a bad day. I will give the service center one more chance before I start taking my vehicle elsewhere. More

He spent time discussing the pro’s and con’s of different models and patiently assisted me with multiple test drives. Once I had selected a car, Ricky took the time to walk me through their entire facility to ensure I felt comfortable and could return to the service department with ease. Once the car was delivered, Ricky spent time with me to set up and customize all of the vehicle features. It was so nice to have someone walk me through it and not have to rely on the paper manual.
