20+ years in with VW and just purchased #10 last weekend, a 2025 Atlas (not counting the ones we have for other family members.) Narcis always makes the experience smooth and enjoyable. Hands down, he's your guy if you're looking for a vehicle. I'm pretty particular so I tell him what I want and if it's not there, he'll do what he can to get it to me, even if it means pulling from other dealers/locations, which we've done several times now. Seriously cannot speak highly enough about our experiences with him. Edit to add 2/11/26: Unfortunately, the experience with finance and the follow up with management since then to rectify some issues has left a lot to be desired. First, something was added to our contract that was NOT purchased and it took 2 months to fix that situation, now it's like pulling teeth trying to get them to reimburse for GAP coverage that was due on the previous loan even though we have received a letter from VW credit and TWO letters from Safe Guard stating that we are owed a refund, as well as had a phone conversation with Safe Guard letting us know the money was electronically sent to the dealer on 1/7 and even which account it was sent to. Sadly, we will not be purchasing vehicles from them again and really, how unfortunate that is. Twenty years, down the drain. Bye City! More
