I do not advise getting any care packages from them. You’ll have such a hard time getting to use the service. They’ll just recommend you go somewhere else. Totally unprofessional! Beware Found vehicle online, called and talked to sales. Would not do deal electronically (we were gonna pay to have it shipped). Manager Denera scheduled us for Sunday at 11am. We drove over two hours to arrive at 11am and They WERE CLOSED!. At 12, we finally was able to see the vehicle and then came the next issue. On the phone, she quoted one price that included out the door total. I even confirmed I was paying cash and was told it’s still the same price…. But it wasn’t… they tried to up the cost by 1000 because we were paying cash! Over two hours back home and no car. What a waste of time! So I guess the manager is not accountable! Don’t deal with these people… they lie and are very unaccommodating! More
