Since Asbury Automotive Group took over Herb Chambers BMW of Sudbury, the service has plummeted. We’ve been loyal customers since they opened in 2010, but the culture has shifted from luxury service to aggre of Sudbury, the service has plummeted. We’ve been loyal customers since they opened in 2010, but the culture has shifted from luxury service to aggressive up-selling. Several months ago, we went to look at new cars and being ignored for 1 hour we left. We bought a new car at another dealership. Most recently we brought our 2016 X5 in for a suspected oil leak. We were hit with a staggering $14,000 estimate which eventually became $20,000. They charged $850 for a diagnostic that was inconclusive; they claimed they couldn't find the leak, yet somehow had the "insight" to recommend an additional $11,000 turbo replacement. Throughout the process, the staff repeatedly pressured us to scrap the car because it was "old" and buy new. It’s clear they care more about hitting sales quotas than performing honest repairs. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. More

Scott, the greeter is friendly, very helpful and knowledgable. My Pham was outstanding in the speed of her responses, her quick grasp of the issues and attentiveness to my needs. There has been a change in this dealership over the past six months. Everyone seems on board with service to the customer.
