Originally from the Eastern panhandle of West Virginia, and now residing in Spring Hill, FL - I love coming to work and meeting new and repeat customers everyday. Dropped truck off for a 1030 oil change appointment with Morgan, went by the dealership at 1:30 to check to see if it’s been completed and they were just pulling it in the bay. Never received a call th Morgan, went by the dealership at 1:30 to check to see if it’s been completed and they were just pulling it in the bay. Never received a call the rest of the day ,finally called them at 5:30. Scott picked up and said your truck‘s been ready & Morgan went home early.. Asked if they could top off the def with the oil change Morgan mentioned it was $23 extra I said fine. Please top it off.. Picked truck up at 6 o’clock. The def was about 2/3 full on the gauge.. The invoice reflected a def charge. Total bill $227 for an oil change on a 2024 1500 Denali Duramax. This was the second oil change on this vehicle, Eagle Buick GMC did the first without any issues after this last experience not sure if I’ll be back. Again, I made an appointment for an oil change @ 10.30 did not receive a call the entire day until I called at closing and the fellow that picked up was nice enough to stay there until I arrived. Scheduled my Envista for oil and filter and tire rotation. Service advisor Morganne identified a problem and after discussing it with me scheduled it for coverage during the same visit. Further inv rotation. Service advisor Morganne identified a problem and after discussing it with me scheduled it for coverage during the same visit. Further investigation indicated part replacement & she initiated the order and will call when part is available. All this and got the car back in just about an hour. Morganne and the Technicians did a 5 star service. More
