I originally intended to visit Ourisman purely to test drive a vehicle that I knew I would eventually purchase. I wasn't originally sold on the color but after seeing it in person, I was impressed. Howeve drive a vehicle that I knew I would eventually purchase. I wasn't originally sold on the color but after seeing it in person, I was impressed. However, what really won me over was working with Patrick. Immediately I was impressed by professionalism and politeness he showed me and my family - definitely did not feel like the traditional shark vs. chum-in-the-water experience you might normally get at other dealers. He took me for a test drive, let me pretty much ask all my silly questions and entertained my comments, and was just overall a good dude. He facilitated a test drive for me and my wife separately, answering our respective, repetitive questions. After the conclusion of the test drive, he sat us down and explained how the purchase process would be regarding reserving a vehicle as these were being sold before making it to the lot. Despite those circumstances, it didn't feel like a high stakes pressure environment at all! He listened to our situation and worked with his management team to reserve the vehicle I wound up purchasing. Finally, when we all landed on the final price, he wasn't able to directly finalize my transaction so ensured I had a warm hand-off with one of his colleagues (Mo Arshad) that he trusted highly. After the transaction, he regularly followed up with me to ensure I was fully satisfied, even helping to close the loop on a couple of items I had outstanding. Overall, this purchase experience was incredibly smooth and painless and I feel like the team has gone above and beyond to make sure I'm a satisfied customer. Thanks, Patrick!!! More
